TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/15/08 -- Diamant Corporation (OTCBB: DIAAF) is pleased to announce that, through Exclusive Marketing Venture with Oxy-Bio International using NOR-X additives, the Company is continuing to position itself for growth as Mr. Melvin Kessler and the other delegates such as Ralph Rodighiero and Ted Ellis are making an effort to pass bill HB4048, which would require all retail establishments to phase out the light plastic non-biodegradable bag market by July 1, 2011, as seen in an article on February 10, 2008 in The Register-Herald, a daily local newspaper published in Beckley, West Virginia.

To read in its entirety, go to: http://www.register-herald.com/local/local_story_041192012.html.

This legislation would require retailers to provide customers with compostable bags, label them so they can be returned for recycling, place recycling bins in "visible and accessible" sites for customers and provide reusable bags.

"These initiatives continue to drive the demand for our exclusive, high quality, and patented technology. We intend to capitalize on every opportunity to bring exposure to our revolutionary solutions, as major vendors to the industry are obligated to begin compliance with this paradigm shift," stated Diamant Film Inc. CEO and President Stefan Gudmundsson.

In contrast to its well-known competitors, Nor-X Industry AS produces its own unique advanced technology through a patented process. Nor-X(TM) Degradable contains a unique proprietary Iron-based ingredient and is a totally Environmental Friendly OxoBioDegradable additive to make polyolefin plastics degrade. It is environmentally friendly containing only Iron (no heavy metals such as Cadmium, Cobalt, hexavalent Chromium, Copper, Nickel or others) or other harmful substances, has been tested and passed for food contact in multiple applications and is also recyclable.

Nor-X(TM) Degradable has been successfully tested in full scale recycling up to 80% added plastic containing Nor-X(TM) Degradable with no problems during recycling production. The degradation time can be tailor-made according to customer's individual needs (product life time, use and degradation requirements).

About Nor-X Industry AS: www.nor-x.no/ Nor-X Industry AS is a privately owned Norwegian environmental technology company that manufactures, documents, protects and sells specialized additives to provide new commercially viable and practical environmental solutions to the international polyolefin plastics industry.

What I like about this stock is the fact that it is a sleeper and none of the big IHUB boards are pumping this. It has moved in a very heathy fashion with a product that is very much a concern in the world right now. Watch for a bigger move to come soon.

I'm hearing a lot of that about this one. Since I live in the same city and talk to the CEO often I feel I can get out this if there is a problem. Big short on this one as well so maybe that is why they will not let folks buy it.
