iVoice, Inc., to Invest $1.3 Million in iVoice Technology, Inc.

Mar 12, 2008 06:07:01 (ET)

MATAWAN, N.J., Mar 12, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- iVoice, Inc. (IVOI, Trade ) ("iVoice"), announced today that it will invest $1.3 Million in iVoice Technology, Inc (OTC Bulletin Board IVOT) ("iVoice Technology") in the form of Series A 10% Secured Convertible Preferred Stock.

The iVoice board of directors has decided to provide $1.3 million dollars of funding for iVoice Technology to accomplish its business objectives in the future, including, but not limited to possible acquisitions by iVoice Technology.

Jerry Mahoney, CEO of iVoice said, "We're very pleased to assist iVoice Technology so that it may execute on its strategic business plan and improve shareholder value. This funding is basic to fulfilling iVoice Technology's commitment to realize its potential opportunities. Mahoney continued "We hope the investment will help iVoice Technology capitalize on the attractive investment opportunities that currently exist in today's turbulent economy."

About iVoice, Inc:

iVoice has determined that the best way to create shareholder value, separate and apart from the operating performance of iVoice, is to spin-off previous wholly owned subsidiaries of iVoice to its shareholders by distributing shares of these subsidiaries in the form of a special dividend. To date, iVoice has successfully completed the spin-off of Trey Resources, Inc. (TYRIA, Trade ), iVoice Technology, Inc. (IVOT, Trade ), SpeechSwitch, Inc. (SSWC, Trade ) and Thomas Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. (TPHM, Trade ). The common stock distributions are part of a broader strategy relating to the transition of iVoice into a company focused on the development and licensing of proprietary technologies. We also continue to search for potential merger candidates with or without compatible technology and products, which management feels may make financing more appealing to potential investors.

iVoice Redeems $4.8 Million in Secured Debenture Notes, Improves Balance

May 14, 2008 07:06:01 (ET)

MATAWAN, N.J., May 14, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- iVoice, Inc. (IVOI, Trade ) announced today that it has redeemed $4,796,510.00 million in Secured Convertible Debenture Notes that were previously issued to Cornell Capital Partners, LP. After repayment, there is currently $1,250,000.00 million plus accrued interest outstanding.

"We believe the redemption eliminates expensive debt that had the potential to be dilutive to shareholders," said Jerry Mahoney, CEO of iVoice. "The repayment of this debt improves our balance sheet and reduces an overhang in our stock."

People are chattering about a big end of day run on this. Seems to be held down at this point. I'm in big at .0003.

Flem, where are they talking about it? iHub?

I have an order in for .0003 and it is still not through [Frown]

It had a nice little pop, but apparently there's lots of stuckholders in the .0005-.0008 range.

They are talking at Ihub. I agree that a bunch of people are stuck in the .0005 range that bought in earlier. I got 6.5 million filled at .0003 earlier and will wait it out. I do think there will be a run later today. Not to where other people are talking (.001) but I wouldn't mind that at all!!!

Andreas - posted
There is definitely tons of buying going on at .0004 and there were fills at .0005 this morning.

I hope it will dip back to .0003 briefly that my order gets filled.

I am totally fine with HOD at .0005 or .0006 for a nice flip, but will party big when it reaches .001 [Smile]

flemdog - posted
Don't see the ask dropping to .0003. Get your orders at .0004 while you can.

.0005 now!

Haha -- downwards I guess

I like it today though.

Up to .0007 with tendency to find the .001 mark EOD.

So what's the betting line? Am I making money on this or what?

Actually, I'm expecting some movement next week and am quite happy with that entry.

We may have seen the bottom here. Over 95% of trading yesterday was at the ASK of .0003. Could be ready for a run.
