The completion of this joint venture is a major milestone in the merger transaction between the two companies.
NFJV, LLC, will continue doing business as "NexTech FAS," servicing customers in the semiconductor, flat panel display (FPD) and photovoltaic industries. Through this joint venture, the company is now positioned as an industry leader not only providing full production coating and inspection systems, but also offering an innovative integrated solution combining the patented extrusion coating technology with breakthrough automated optical inspection (AOI) technology onto a single platform.
