Preservation Sciences Announces It Will Receive a U.S. Patent on Its Natural Choice Technology
Preservation Sciences, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PSVI), today announced that it has received a Notice of Allowance for its patent application relating to its Natural Choice Technology. The Company expects the application to issue as a United States Patent in late August or early September. Natural Choice is an innovative product developed for use as a beverage preservative. Natural Choice uses only safe ingredients compared to the ingredients used in many of the other products on the market. Natural Choice is a sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate replacement.
“We are excited that we are about to receive our third patent,” Mr. Gary Harrison, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Preservation Sciences stated. “Our company had developed over the last several years unique, safe and green technologies for different market niches. Natural Choice has been a focus of the company, and now that we should soon receive a patent on this technology, this will give us the opportunity to license or sell the technology to a bigger player in the beverage industry,” Mr. Harrison further stated.
“We have filed additional patent applications with the United States Patent Office to protect the intellectual property of these inventions,” Mr. Harrison added.
