Why? It's just another POS penny stock with the same old downtrend as any other one. Chart looks OK, and the general bull market happening in the big boards never seems to affect the pennies, so it doesn't seem so bad a choice to me(as far as chart bottom picks go). They haven't PR'd much lately though, as it seems

Chart looks nice to me, L2's show huge resistance at 005 on the bids and little resistance up to 02 on the ask. Again this is IMO.
