IBTY looks like it hit bottom, oversold, only 81.2 million outstanding shares, chart grinding back up along with volume
*****notice 3 white candles in a row..before today

http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=IBTY&p=DAILY&b=5&g=0&id=p

Industrial Biotechnology is projecting that it will be profitable in 2007, with a net income before taxes of $5.2 million. That divided by its 81.2 million shares outstanding would represent earnings of approximately 6.4 cents per share. It’s likely it will trade closer to a multiple of its projected 2008 earnings, which is about $57.6 million or about 86 cents per share.

Industrial Biotechnology Corporation Announces Implementation of the ALCHEMx(TM) Bio Renewable Resources Production Platform
New Technology Platform to Allow for the Conversion of Ethanol Into Low Cost Derivative Feedstock Chemical Compounds
Industrial Biotechnology Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IBTY) (IBC), a company dedicated to new biotechnologies and innovations in the chemical industry, today announced that it has expanded its ALCHEMx™ technology capabilities by implementing a Bio Renewable Production Platform.

The ALCHEMx™ Production Platforms are a combination and integration of proprietary systems, intellectual property, licensed patents and the application of biotechnologies to convert inexpensive raw materials into useful products with high commercial values.

This new platform, know as the ALCHEMx™ Bio Renewable Resources Production Platform, utilizes IBC's proprietary bio-processes to convert ethanol into various chemical feedstock compounds and provides a low cost, environmentally safer alternative to the use of petrochemicals which are currently used to produce the targeted materials.

"The combination of bio-renewable ethanol produced at low cost, coupled with high efficiency, biological and chemical conversion technologies expands the base of products and solutions we can offer our industry partners," said Gary Howell, Ph.D., VP of Business Development.

IBC currently utilizes two other Production Platforms: The ALCHEMx™ Biocatalysis Production Platform, which uses special proteins called designer enzymes to transform low value materials into high value compounds, and the ALCHEMx™ Biosynthesis Production Platform, which harnesses cells to convert simple raw materials into complex high value molecules.

"The addition of this renewable resources platform demonstrates our bio chemical diversity. Based upon the dramatically increased production and implementation of ethanol globally, it now makes economic and environmentally responsible sense to use ethanol to produce bulk chemical feedstocks. We are currently working with chemical industry partners to exploit this opportunity and our bio competitive technology advantage," said Andy Badolato, CEO of IBC.

Combined, the ALCHEMx™ Platforms enable IBC to design, develop and manufacture biological chemical compounds at significantly lower costs with substantially lower environmental impact when compared to traditional methods and approaches. IBC's licensed patents and the ALCHEMx™ Production Platforms make possible the production of 40,000 plus commercially available compounds. These chemicals are used in a wide range of industries including: flavors and fragrances, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, agricultural, pesticides control, bio-energy, biomaterials and biopolymers.

About Industrial Biotechnology Corporation

Industrial Biotechnology Corporation (IBC) enables the biological production of chemicals through a combination of licensed patents, intellectual property and proprietary systems. We accomplish this through our ALCHEMx™ Productions Platforms, which are a systematic, streamlined approach to biologically manufacture chemicals more efficiently, at significantly lower costs, and with substantially lower environmental impact than traditional methods. IBC and its partners plan to produce and market new and established biologically produced chemicals to the pharmaceutical, bio-energy, agricultural, biopesticides, fine chemicals, flavors and fragrances, cosmeceuticals, biomaterials and biopolymer industries. Industrial Biotechnology Corporation Announces Partnership With Twin Rivers Technologies
Industrial Biotechnology Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IBTY) (IBC), a company dedicated to new biotechnologies and innovations in the chemical industry, today announced that it has developed a partnership with Twin Rivers Technologies (TRT), one of the largest and fastest growing oleo chemical, natural ingredients and bio-fuel companies in North America, to source and market ethanol and ethanol derivatives derived from bio renewable resources.

The non-exclusive partnership utilizes TRT's knowledge of the global chemicals and fuels distribution industries to identify potential customers and/or distributors for ethanol and ethanol derivatives. TRT will also provide its sales, logistics and operations expertise and assist IBC in negotiating product supply agreements with IBC's Asian manufacturing sources. Effectively, TRT and IBC will become partners with respect to the marketing of ethanol or ethanol derivatives from Asia and identifying ethanol and ethanol applications for IBC technologies and capabilities.

"We are very excited about the opportunity to partner with IBC. TRT has the knowledge and expertise to bring IBC's technologies efficiently to market. Bio-ethanol is a natural extension of TRT's bio-fuels product range. The relationship is also part of TRT's stated strategy of globalizing the company," said Ian S. Edwards, CEO of TRT.

"Twin Rivers possesses the expertise and know how necessary to monetize our bio technologies and capitalize on the global need for chemical feedstock derivatives derived from renewable resources that are less expensive and substantially better for our environment," said Andy Badolato, CEO of IBC.

About Twin Rivers Technologies

TRT was founded in 1994 and has grown rapidly from its origins as a New England fatty acid producer. Today, it has business throughout North America in oleo chemicals, natural ingredients, and bio fuels. The company is committed to achieving significant growth in the next five years by meeting new and existing global customer's needs in all three business areas. More on TRT can be found on the company's website www.twinriverstechnologies.com

Doing pretty well....up about 1K on the week, I think. I had such problems with my streamer from Thursday last through yesterday that I barely know where I started.

I think the whole "riding the bicycle" thing has kicked in...learning not to be greedy and to play reasonably and get out. Sure is helping my bottom line [Big Grin] And I know I can generally pull at least 10% wherever you are sitting [Big Grin]

Congrats to all here! Hope you made some dough!
