Not good from what I read.
Upon completion of the Merger, there were 46,592,790 shares of Ubrandit.com common stock issued and outstanding. In addition, there 272,250 shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock issued and outstanding, which can be converted into 2,722,500,000 common shares, yielding a total outstanding on a fully-diluted basis of 2,769,092,790 shares.
