This news was long expected, we are waiting for the most important news which is december cash flow. On the shareholder meeting in March the company will decide it's new US name & ticker (with a new cusip, naked shorters covering coming too) and perhaps the way to uplist to the otcbb. I really think that this stock is setup for a big run in the next few months. Chart is starting to look bullish, too, and shares are really tight, so this moves on anything.

In a press release earlier today, Playstar Corp. (OTC: PLYCF) announced the closing of its acquisition of Function Inc., which has filed numerous patent and trademarks of its proprietary SMS Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Text Message (SMS) and Online games. However, what really sparked attention in the release was the fact that current share structure shows the company has 99,933,246 shares outstanding. Although up from the 97,933,246 shares outstanding it had on January 24, the new total indicates that no additional dilution will occur because the authorized share total of 100 million has nearly been reached. Well, now you are probably thinking that the directors of the company can still authorize for an increase in shares, if they have a controlling interest of the common stock, by filing an amendment.. right? Correct, but in this case, management has gone out on a limb and said that further dilution will not be happening at this time, barring any plans for acquisitions in the future. Historically, shares of severely diluted companies that finish selling shares through form S-8, for example, rise to the tune of double or even triple digit percentage gains after such dilution has eroded the stock price. Today, Playstar shares did just that, surging by 17.39% to $.027 on volume of 5.67 million shares, but do not be surprised to see more upside as word gets out that dilution is over. __________________
