there's no reverse merger at all as far as that PR reads... only a name change and reverse split. nothing even comes up when you google "Bioquest Technologies". sry for those that got in anytime after .02
i'm on the phone right now with his WIFE!!! LMFAO!!! there's kids screaming in the background. it's obviously his home phone number!!! LOL oh this is funny ****... she held her hand up to the phone and yelled out his name and then it got quiet and she came back on and said, 'who are you?' i told her my name and she pauses and is like: 'he's on another line'. this gives true credence to the pinksheet boiler room scams. ROTFLMFAO!!!!

okay, definitely not elluding to whether i'm gonna buy into this play, but i did just have a LENGTHY conversation with frank merhib. he's getting back to me tomorrow or later tonight with the post reverse O/S and float numbers. he's not actually with the company but only involved in bringing private companies public by finding them a shell. incidentally, he did say the shell was completely clean and free of any and all liabilities, legal, financial and otherwise. the new company is a start-up and the product they sell is "bioshield75". info at this link: http://www.bioshield75.com/ read up. if you like it, buy it. i'll post info from our ensuing conversations on post-split numbers if/when i receive. good luck.

I'd still be VERY cautious/suspicious of this. Called about 02:15,no answer. heh heh. So, he works out of his home,finding shells. hhmmmm. So, is this Bioshield picking up a shell to go public, or someone just selling their product? Might be a good mover if the float low enough.

Would this be considered "normal" behavior for a legit company trying to go public? The shares and pps increase due to shares already in the inventory of a mm? I ask because, like most here, all I've ever seen is the "dark side". Might be interesting to watch this develop. Good stuff, Phat, will be following this.
