Signs Exclusive Licensing Agreement for the Vatican Library Collection September 27, 2006 FARMINGTON HILLS, MI--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 27, 2006 -- (Other OTC:ETIM.PK - News) Eternal Image, Inc., a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of customized designer caskets and urns, today announced it has signed an exclusive licensing agreement for the marketing of its products as a part of The Vatican Library Collection. Under the terms of the licensing agreement with Second Renaissance, LLC and 1451 International, holders of the primary license, Eternal Image is now authorized to exclusively reproduce the time-honored traditional images and text of the Vatican Library on its custom caskets and urns. The company believes this is a significant milestone for Eternal Image as more than 50% of the worldwide Christian population, or approximately one billion people, are Roman Catholic and look to the Vatican for spiritual guidance under the leadership of His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI. Eternal Image will introduce the Vatican Library Collection products to Catholics worldwide through publications targeted to the Catholic audience and for dissemination to the local dioceses and archdioceses. "Use of the trade name and logo of 'The Vatican Library Collection' in order to represent to the public that the new line of Eternal Image funeral products to be sold under its license are officially sanctioned by the Vatican Library is an opportunity and a responsibility that we take very seriously. We are committed to producing these products with the utmost reverence for the symbols, images, and text of the Catholic Church," said Clint Mytych, CEO of Eternal Image. Eternal Image remains committed to growing its line of licensed-brand funeral products. Very excited about this one. [/qb]
Perhaps it would be nice to read more about the company we have invested in and less about patterns and speculation. The company is the reason many of us bought their stock based on the announcements of the coming year. I beleive it is important to stay on point. Even if one is a trader on the short term, one can also keep in mind the longer term investor regarding certain stocks and maybe not others. This company seems to have a great deal of integrity or MLB would not have invited them. I am confident that MLB has done much of our homework for us and I give them most of the credibility in this area. If Eternal Imaging is good enough for the Vatican and good enough for Major League Baseball and certain states in the east, then its seems to me to be within my confort zone of my financial risk. I can say this with only a couple of Pink Sheet Stocks that I am familiar with. That said, it would be nice to hear about the company on this thread, more about their history, their mfg, distribution issues and what challenges they face. With all good things, come challenges. These are the topics of conversation that contain substance and invite discussion which is the purpose of this board, it's why I came to this board after discovering it from another company I hold many shares in. Many of us seek information on companies and knowing how limited information is we come here to attempt to learn more. This is a special company with a special responsibility, and I for one would like to treat them as such, not only as an investor but as a professional. Hopefully we can keep our posts about the topic at the beginning of this thread and get back on point. Thanks Jonus for starting this thread, it will be nice if we all could show a little gratitude on this one. dinner42 [/QB]
