Sep 18, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- KSW Industries, Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has moved to appoint a transfer agent, and that the Company is in serious negotiations with Asian Investors for financing and licensing of its technology.
Further annoucements will be forthcoming upon completion of negotiations.
This just showed up for me, it wasn't there yesterday. It's 2 weeks old.

Don't you think it is strange that they are seeking a transfer agent?
Did they have one before?
How can you trade without one?
And if the SEC was watching this company, or if they were doing something illegal, how can they PR like they are now seeking foreign investors.
This is way too odd.

Not sure, because I had a buy in awhile ago, at I think .0003 and it wouldn't go through,
also a sell today at .0004 and it didn't touch it...
