Anyone have any idea what the different colors on Scottrade T&S screens under the streaming quotes mean?

green = buy at ask
red = sell at bid
yellow = new high or new low
blue = buy at lower than ask

GREEN=sell or buy at ask
BLUE=sell or buy between the bid/ask
YELLOW=new high or low(buy or sell)
I think this because I bought some shares at the bid, it took a long time to fill, and the transaction came up red on the time and sale window.
Correct me please if I'm wrong!
