I played this one a few months and it hit .0049 without any spectacular news. It can go very well, and is also a great one to flip all the way up and down.

Chart does look good, been in since .002, ready for it to pop!

With the steady accumulation, I think HMSC is getting primed for another run. Last time I seen this quiet accumulation, it ran to over .0034 from this level in a day.

Btw: HISC is also looking to make acquisitions and I keep saying that HISC buying or merging with HMSC would be a true powerhouse company. I received a reply back from HMSC's pr company stating that HMSC is getting set to release the finishing touches of their two acquisitions and the company's goal to increase shareholder value thru these acquisitions and steady income.

My guess would have been the 30th of last month so now I am left wondering what the hang up is.

Big difference between HMSC and PBLS. HMSC IS a reporting company. Not in love with HMSC's O/S at 4B, but diluted issues do run on ocassion.

Take note of how the Market Maker is throwing smoke and mirrors to jerk the price down. Talk about manipulation as I bet not one actual investor bought or sold the stock today.

I'm under the guise that the increase in the O/S is for all the acquisitions. The only hesitation I have is that how far can a 4 billion O/S stock run?

End of 2005, USXP had, 3,240,151,723 O/S. I believe it ran to .03 / .04 area.

It can happen, but it rarely does. So, don't get too excited. LOL Nothing wrong with a double or triple though.

Here is the email reply by HMSC's investor relations:
Thanks for your email. We had an excellent meeting with Tom last week in his Washington area office. At that time, we got a pretty good update on things. He is working hard to get several deals done. I am hopeful that we will hear some news about this in the not too distant future. Your feeling about the stock is understandable. But the truth is this has been a pretty tough summer so far for lots of small and microcap companies. It is a difficult environment. But at the end of the day, solid results will make the difference.
Good luck,
Frank

Keep in mind that nearly 2 billion of those shares are actually held by insiders. I have also noticed the float has not grown in the last two months and McMillen has not chosen to use any of the 51 million in funds to make these acquisitions. So that leaves some serious wheeling and dealing.

I for one feel this is still a solid company and that the PPS does not reflect it at current. With that said the share structure does not concern me to much as stated it is held by insiders and you will not see them sell off at this level. Too many good things to come.

This is easily a 3-5 year hold if you are interested in a solid investment.
