Camvera Networks, Inc. Issues Cease and Desist Demand to Principals of CyberTel Capital Corporation and HBLN Services, Inc.
Thursday June 15, 8:54 am ET
Company Claims Possible Malicious Business Interference and Violation of Non-Disclosure Agreements

ROSWELL, Ga., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Camvera Networks, Inc. announced today that it has retained prestigious Atlanta law firm Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP to represent Camvera in potential claims Camvera may have against CyberTel Capital Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CBCL - News), HBLN Services, Inc. of Atlanta, GA, and HBLN's CEO, James Walton "Walt" Henley. On Camvera's behalf, Sutherland has sent cease and desist letters to James Wheeler, CyberTel CEO, and Walt Henley demanding that they and other employees and associates of these companies immediately cease and desist illegal use of Camvera's confidential information and trade secrets. Camvera has stressed in the clearest terms that interference with Camvera's business and operations, including solicitation of its customers and employees, disruptions of its vendor relationships, and interference with its funding sources, could result in litigation.

Carl Peede, president and COO of Camvera stated, "We were quite clear to Mssrs. Henley and Wheeler earlier in the year that illegitimate use of confidential Camvera information and trade secrets, and interference with Camvera's business operations, would be viewed by Camvera as highly objectionable and that the Company would use all resources available to protect its rights. In light of what we believe to be continued violations by HBLN and CyberTel, Camvera decided to retain Sutherland to bring these actions by Henley and others to a halt. Should our demands not be met, we fully intend to take this issue to the next level as appropriate."

I don't put much store in bad or good news. I have seen stocks run while the CEO's were being dragged off in handcuffs for fraud, and I have seen good news result in the infamous plummet.
This little bit of happy news is probably what sent it from .025 to the current .005.
