From their 8K ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On April 30, 2006, the holder of Registrant’s 50,000,000 outstanding shares of series A Preferred Stock converted said shares into Registrant’s common stock on a one for one basis. The series A Preferred Stock was issued March 16, 2006 in consideration of consulting services rendered.

FGFC 20 or so mil float, read the thread it will be huge
Hey Will, I have both of those.. but what's with CBCL lately?
Anyway.. low floats: GRSU - 7.2 mill O/S PFMS - 65.5 mill O/S OPLM - 70 mill O/S (59 mill float) CTTG - 25 mill O/S USTX - 22 mill O/S ------------- shoot.. I have pages and pages listing all the low float stocks. 2 warrant plays that used to take place often were PMEDW with 1 mill O/S, and MSRGW with 4.7 mill O/S
RDYF proves you work for naked shorting market makers
RDYF is exactly the kind of stock those people short and your job is to create more bagholders among allstocks readers
you should be deleted now

I hate personal attacks by anyone, they do nothing to increase our knowledge of trading stocks. Both you and sith need to stop.
Check your so called facts before you post them. In checking the share structure of a company never rely on one site to be accurate. The best way to be sure you are accurate is to call the Transfer Agent, next is checking SEC filings and then calling the company IR division. I can go to 6 different sites and I'll bet they are all different and none are up to date. DD is more than using one site for all your info.
The reason I posted this is because you stated they were FACTS, even after a post showed differently. A few extra steps goes a long way.
The same goes for FGFC the true Share Structure directly from the Transfer Agent in Colorado on is:
5/26/2006 is O/S 164,582,132
Restricted are 101,250,132
Leaving the Float at 63,331,916
Still a Low Float but a big difference from around 20 Mil.
The only way we can win is if we are using good information.
