The way gold stocks are moving and price of gold keeps going up. I would not be suprised to .05 plus here short term.

IPMG just got an email from CEO. Float is less than 30 mil ;-)
And everything else he wrote sounded good IMO, the one thing that really caught my eye is the public float. Based on what he said, the public float is 27.5 million or less. (Float 80 mil -25 mil held by Number nine and he holds at least 50%.) Now if the 50% is based on the 80 million, then the public float is even lower.

Ed,
The current O/S remains at approximately 325,189,000 common shares. The float is approximately 80 million shares, with 25 million being held by the original vendor of Number Nine Visual Technologies, (the company we obtained to create IPMG May 5, 2005). Work continues on the objectives outlined in November. We may be close to announcing additional management. I am keeping the cards very close to my chest with regards to new properties until I have verifiable data to announce. We believe this will give true share value, rather than speculative value, as we believe that all precious metals are headed up in value over the long term. World events and the state of the economy dictate this. If we announce news of reserves with numbers we are sure of, the stock will rise and hold value, unlike many pink sheet companies.
I am personally the largest shareholder, and have voting control. Please note that I am trying to build long term real value in a real mining company, and not make a quick 10x or 20x stock play. Please call the corporate main line, at (720) 222-1038, and I will try to return the call personally in reasonable time.

Just got off the phone with Brian (IPMG CEO). He advised my math was a bit off and that the float is 55 million but that a "fairly sizeable" portion of the float is being held strong by long term investors.
He will be updating the president's letter within the next couple weeks. He has not been promoting the stock via PR's because he has been focused on completing several projects and is not trying to show his cards too early to his competitors. He is not using equity financing and is not selling shares. By years end, IMO we will be at much higher levels. I'll be holding the majority of my shares long-term. Looking for a multi-multi bagger here ;-)
