I had written a letter to ETLC. Cynthia DeMonte had answered:
The merger with AHM is moving along, but dependent on the product launch which should be this month. The Company filed the Form 15c211 with the NASD and I did speak to the MM myself.
I thoroughly understand your frustration, but progress is happening.

I expect ETLC to fly during April. They are in the final stages to move back to the OTC. Once they accomplish this we may expect the launch of a new product followed by the merger with AHM. At the moment ETLC is trading at one year low prices. Will easily multiply in PPS from current level when the good news hits the markets.
