This is a pure chart play!

- Coattec Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CTCK) announces that the Company is in discussions with Diversi-Plast, the world's largest manufacturer of corrugated plastic products, to manufacture Coattec's proprietary roofing foils and housewraps Coattecflex(tm), Coatflex(tm), and Difflex(tm) for distribution in the United States.

Both companies plan to investigate the feasibility of subcontracting production of Coattec's roofing products within the existing facilities of the LDI Group, which owns Diversi-Plast. If an agreement were to be reached, Coattec and Diversi-Plast would work together to determine the most effective sales and distribution channels within the U.S. market.

The outsourcing of manufacturing in the United States corresponds with the Company's initial business strategy. In addition to realizing great cost savings as a result of outsourcing, Coattec will be able to market its proprietary roofing products in the U.S. more rapidly than if it were to construct its own manufacturing facility.

Bernd Meinecke, President and CEO of Coattec Industries, commented, "We are pleased to begin discussions that will advance the U.S. manufacturing and distribution process of our roofing foils and underlays. With the successful execution of the non-competition agreement with Diversi-Plast announced earlier this year, it is a logical next step to strengthen the foundation of our business relationship and explore manufacturing opportunities within the United States. It is very important that we maintain the integrity and quality of our proprietary products during the manufacturing process and we have full confidence that Diversi-Plast can help us achieve this."

Bernd Meinecke, President and CEO of Coattec Industries also stated that the Company is fully aware of the circulation of unsolicited faxes about Coattec. He has reaffirmed that the Company is not responsible nor are any parties commissioned by the Company responsible for these faxes and Coattec is doing everything in its power to identify and pursue those responsible and put an end to the campaign.

Good technical heads-up FO2...I want to see bid move it has been stuck at .0010 for a number of days. More demand appears to be needed and certainly then your above .0020 + is very possible. If I'm not mistake--this hit .0021 in last couple of months. I'm in this one long...

Coattec Expands Discussions to Export Tile Roof Ridge Vents to the United States

March 15, 2006 09:00:39 (ET)

MAINZ, Germany, Mar 15, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Coattec Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CTCK) announces that the Company is working with Diversi-Plast, the world's largest manufacturer of corrugated plastic products, to arrange the importation of ridge vents designed for tile roofs from Meinecke Dachtechnologies, based in Germany. Coattec currently has an exclusive agreement in place with Meinecke for the exportation of roofing products to the United States.

Coattec and Diversi-Plast are presently in business negotiations regarding the potential manufacturing of the Company's proprietary housewraps and roofing foils in the U.S. Coattec believes that in addition to these roofing products, the current market conditions in the United States are favorable for the importation of German ridge vents designed for tile roofs. The Company continues to pursue its business agenda for 2006 which entails the establishment of import/export operations between Germany and the U.S. and securing a manufacturing agreement with a U.S. entity for Coattec's high quality roofing foils and underlays.

Briefly jumped up today to .0070 area from .0006--!!! wonder if insiders are on to something big that's on the way? Certainly charts and PPS has made descent into what appears to be a bottom of a substantial cup. The move today could be precursor to move up with support. Next week could be intriguing...a move back to other side of the cup should move this back to .0018-.0020 area. Bashers at other sites have claimed that Coattec and Diversi-Plast are not really talking but if they aren't--wouldn't this issue be halted? It's obviously alive and well and trading over 30 million shares today--anyone else have thoughts about enormous jump today March 17th. What does it mean!?

Luck of the Irish to all CTCK holders

DO YOU THINK THIS TRADEMARK AND PROCESS (SEE BELOW) HAS VALUE?

1. Consider all of the mold problems in some parts of the country. Does this product offer a possible path to a soluton?
2. If you have a process to reduce or greatly slow mold growth by building it into the sheathing or vapor barrier when building or retrofitting construction, would this have value?
3. Would buying into a company that in introducing this into the US for about $700 per 1 million shares interest you?

Look at the PR's for the past 2 years. Call the PR company, speak to Mr.Bernd Meinecke at tel: +011 49 6131 2019 431.

Verify the information. Satisfy yourself, buy in if you feel this is a good risk for you.

Then, post your findings on this board.

I'm in for a few shares, see if you see what I see.
