LoftWerks, Inc. Discloses Sensitive Benchmark: Negotiations With Multi-National Lending Institution Could Secure as Much as $250M in Debt Financing Dec 9, 2005 10:59:00 AM NASHVILLE, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/09/05 -- LoftWerks, Inc. (OTC: LFWK) today acknowledged negotiations regarding an institutional funding source for continuing and expanding the Company's original and primary objective: a complete re-vitalization of the once vibrant urban landscape of America. "We have been in negotiations for the past five months with a major lending source (TBA) that is now considering an ongoing financing mechanism which would allocate up to $250M in capital utilizing lines of credit and/or discounted funding arrangements of certain tax benefits which are awarded to businesses whose operations bring economic windfall to otherwise commercially-depressed areas," said Dennis Ammerman, CEO of LoftWerks, Inc. "This level of proposed finance and lending could very well launch the vision of LoftWerks with a momentum even we could never have expected. I am humbled to think that others may consider our efforts as earnest and as beneficial to a larger scope as we do ourselves."
The Company plans to disclose further details of the arrangement as they become available, and hopes to solidify the relationship and subsequent agreements just after the upcoming holiday season.

I would too. Besides the large spread, this is about the safest penny around. No chance of an r/s and the float is about 20 mill. Even if they decided to dilute, the A/S is only 100 mill and the pps right now is waaaaay undervalued even at that amount.

Its this way because the CEO won't pay out free share to the manipulators. Hell USXP dumps more shares in one day than this stock had in the A/S!

When was the last time you saw a company put out a PR of this caliber without bumping any shares into it! When the CEO said he was gonna build a company and not a pile of stock certs, I believe he ment it!

ric you have been doing this for awhile why would even consider a stock like this? Look at the news and ask is .005 bid .002 Thats just crazy.this ceo is out of his mind there will be no one buying into this garbage you know it as well as i why would you try to tell newer people or anyone to buy this crap thats not nice.It is not a day trade by any means!!!my opinion only.Help these guys with your brains not bankrupt them.

Un-like you matto! I don't recomend buys and or sells of securities! I've done my DD and I liked what I've found here! I've viewed the web site and I like the finished loft product that they sell. It's very plain to see that your attach here is more on me than LFWK. Thats quite OK though, because I'm gonna keep holding my stock here anyhow and if you don't like it its tough Fn S**T!

Matto I'm totally confused. Aren't we supposed to bail when it's running? and get back in when it's down? How do you make any money??? personally MO only. when it ran I bought 500K at ,006 bailed when it .014, bought back in after it went back down to .0061 I believe is what I'm in at now with 1m shares. I live in michigan and I recently had the advantage of visiting an old building that is currently being renovated by loftwerks, Wow is all I can say, small float, ceo dosen't dilute at the drop of a hat. CEO did not return calls or e-mails, however if you think about it, do you want a ceo who has enough time on his hands to talk to investors? I always view that little item as a red flag when looking for that little gem in the haystack. When I'm just flippin stocks it dosen't really matter one way or the other. I look for volume, Good Luck everyone.

Thanks Lilpennypincher, I already did a CPNL trade today. Got in at .19 and out at .24. Waiting for it to drop again.
What interests me here about LFWK is the volatility. It looks like it's hard to get in and out of though. I'm still trying to figure out what the bid/ask is on this one. Anybody? I know the spread is pretty wide.

The only problem I have seen with this one is the lack of volume. If you are looking for something really short term you are betting on something causing a volume spike. It doesn't take much to move it, but it needs at least SOME buying pressure. Buying in now seems like a stable level, it all boils down to when you think the volume might come back.
