Member should pay careful attention to HiEnergy Technologies Inc.
On July 8th, 2004, HiEnergy announced that it received a "Wells Notice" from the staff of the SEC in connection with the previously announced SEC investigations. The Wells Notice notified HiEnergy that the SEC staff intended to recommend charging HiEnergy with violations of U.S. securities laws; and seeking a permanent injunction and civil penalties.
On July 6th and 7th, 2004 HIET.OB share price was trading at a high of 2.32 and 2.22 respectively. After the announcement the share price literally dropped to a trading floor of .80 cents.
The current 200 day MA (Moving Average) for HIET.OB is .78 cents. Basic market psychology tells us that assuming the possibility of a permanent injunction and civil penalties (Worst Case Scenario) for the past 200 days investors priced HIET stock at an average of .78 cents (THE FLOOR).
SEC TERMINATES INVESTIGATION WITH NO ACTION
On Friday September 2nd, 2005, HiEnergy Technologies, Inc. announced today that it was notified by the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission that the formal investigation of HiEnergy has been terminated with no enforcement action.
It is of my strongest opinion that Friday's announcement was one of the biggest surprise announcements of 2005. I have always known and stated that HiEnergy's technology was simply unprecedented and revolutionary. A product that could in fact has already began to help shift the tide in the fight against terrorism on a global basis.
The Company's Stoitech technology developed in the course of the past six (6) years is unique in its ability to decipher the chemical formulas of selected substances and determine with 95% accuracy, automatically and without human intervention and through steel, whether an object or container carries dangerous or illicit selected substances, such as explosives, biological agents, or illicit drugs.
In fact, the only thing that has been holding the companies share price back was the SEC investigation. People were hesitant to invest with the uncertainty of the outcome of the investigation, but suddenly things have changed.
My expectation is simple. Currently HIET.OB is trading AT THE FLOOR. The shareholders holding at these levels are not selling their shares. These are the strongest shareholders that held through much uncertainty with respect to the SEC investigation. Now that the SEC investigation is over with no action, my expectation is that HIET.OB will not only quickly recover to the $2 trading level (APPROX. 200% GAIN FROM THE CURRENT FLOOR) but in fact likely exceed that level dramatically in the months and years to come. Please do your Due Diligence. If you are not familiar with the technology here, then you should educate yourself ASAP. Watch for HIET.OB to be one of the most actively traded BB stocks with considerable upside gains in the days and weeks ahead.
