Originally posted by AByteDoc: [QB] Hi guys -- I missed Friday because I was out on the road and tending to other business. Well, at least I'm making money somewhere if not with this stock. That said, I appreciate seeing and reading Friday's commentary. From p67's bleak outlook with the stock sinking to .0004, to tong's research links and urging, "GUys just relax, pay day will come soon..." I'm in full agreement with Cashmaker about the dilution of the stock sucking ... and the need for Alex Kanakaris to being vigilant about tending to running his business properly. The threat of litigation, implied or not, meant or not, simply uttered ... would certainly keep me on my guard -- especially if I had heard the "L" word discussed by a "litigation" attorney. : ) And USF, it's nice to be reading your posts and viewpoints these days. You've graduated from being a WFTV promoter to having a balanced perspective on what is going on -- and perhaps what is happening to us all. Here's what I feel needs to happen... 1) Wi-FiTV.com and Cinemapop.com need to be seriously overhauled. Anything less will always keep this stock valued at or under .001. 2) Nothing in life is always free. Companies that don't have a product to SELL are companies that are not long for this world. Develop Wi-FiTV.com branded viewers instead of using the free downloads from Microsoft or other software vendors. Branded viewers allow the implementation of COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING, whether it be by rotating banners ... or ads run before you watch the free programming. 3) Go get genuine advertisers. Lemme tell you guys something, I have personal experience with web businesses and Google Adsense. Wi-FiTV.com isn't going to make much more than $40 to $100 per month off Google Adsense generated revenue, if that. So, I'll toss in some additional commentary now about the way I've seen things go during the past 40 days. There was huge pump about the release of the website last month -- and it was a bust. There has been nothing in the way of any kind of teasers, promotion, or anything that leads me to believe that Wi-FiTV.com has anything in development that will surpass the slop we've already seen. Instead, we've seen a dilution of the authorized shares from one to 1.5 billion shares. Wi-FiTV.com is raising money, but we don't see where it's going. We're not getting much in the way of PR's either. This past week provided a PR that promised a bright outlook for what might be done on the Internet. A bright outlook is nothing tangible. It doesn't pay the bills (diluting stocks can). A bright outlook doesn't generate revenue (diluting stocks can). A bright outlook without Wi-FiTV.com and CinemaPop.com branded software, a marketing program, and proof of previous business success (a la Eurotainment.com) means literally nothing at this point. The other PR boasting of a link to Microsoft's free download for viewing programming doesn't need to be discussed any further than what I've already mentioned. Wi-FiTV.com and CinemaPop.com need to have branded viewers. Anything less means nothing. From my perspective, we continue to be sold ideas and not substance. Until that changes -- we are riding the hopes, wiles, and whims of other penny stock players -- and not much else. I wish I could feel better about this company, but AK hasn't given me any reason to feel any differently ... to this point in time. This is a situation where I would truly enjoy being proven wrong -- and the sooner, the better. [/QB]
