LAKE VILLA, Ill. & SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2005--Galaxy Minerals (OTCBB:GAXY), today addressed the recent decline in the stock price along with erroneous posts on Raging Bull and other message boards concerning the Company's activities.
The Company has contacted its legal counsel who will aggressively pursue the posters on Raging Bull and any other website where posters have completely misled investors concerning the Company, its present activities and future plans. Management reinforced that only news legally disseminated from the Company in the form of a press release should be regarded as reliable and that any personal commentary or posts are completely subjective.

To be honest, the only time I ever hear this from a company is from one that is in trouble and trying to blame others. The price is going down because NSS, MM's, bashers they all want my stocks cheaper, there price can't be effected because gagging the TA or dilution. It not because we give so vague of information its easy for someone to use against us. CMKX, MLON used this same line. I know nothing of the company and what they say maybe true but that statement alone makes it unattractive in my opinion. Don't give excuses give real information so if there is false info out there people can rebutt it.
