I thought this was kinda odd I was just messing around on Microcaptrade and noticed this under the old IWWH symbol http://xml.10kwizard.com/filing_raw.php?repo=tenk&ipage=3303256

It came out at 12:53 this afternoon(3/1/05) Its kinda odd how it would appear as news under the old symbol.

Anyway its an S-8 worth 100,000,000 shares

I wonder if this was meant for IWWD or not.
