i see a lot of RSes before they happen, by reading SEC filings....this does NOT apply to pinksheets...
do you want me and others to post these filings or not? commentary is not something i am interested in adding to these filings..just the filing for you to see...
if you are in already? it may hurt you.... on the other hand? i am tired of seeing money disappear from the market....
i know you want to "hit the big one" but these continuous RS's only work because people keep buyin' them, and the RS'ers are NOT going to be the "BIG ONE"..yes they are maybe good for a 4 bagger or so, but if you guys would stop playing them? then you could get a 4X and more off of others without seeing ALL the money evaporate in the end.... you SHOULD see more money stay in the market for people to play with..... let's stop seeing the pot disappear...

Yea,this is some need to know information. One company I can't believe that isn't on the list yet is GMSV.
I'm not in it,but that (DAVL) 1:97,500,000 Reverse Split pending hurt my eyes just looking at it.I had to look up their PRE 14C filing, sure is something else.

glassman, great idea. We would all appreciate the DD and time you put into it. It would definetly help direct money into a better stock.
Even though you shouldn't hold a penny stock for more then 4 days, this information would help people NOT invest in a "garbage" stock.
Thanks.

MxPx Is the above information from the individual filings or from a single source that listed them?

It looks like they have R/S before ZANN - Zann Corp. Reverse Split History Symbol Split Ratio Date ATNG 1:900 R/S 12/03/2004 PBDG 1:40 R/S 10/26/2001 It also appears that they have a Change in Accountants more then once recently. 22-Jul-04 8-K Change in Accountant 25-Jan-05 8-K Change in Accountant I don't know if the above change necessarily means anything. I also don't see any PRE 14C Forms which can = R/S These were filed on 02/25/05 NFDV NETFRAN DEVELOPMENT CORP PRE 14C ACIE.OB ACIES CORP PRE 14C NFDV NETFRAN DEVELOPMENT CORP PRE 14C GAWD.OB GATEWAY DISTRIBUTORS LTD PRE 14C What in the 10QSB filing has you spooked? here's one...it covers splits in general.... useful tool...
if you are looking at SEC filings? look for form 14's they are proxy statements.....usually announcing a shareholder meeitng...
however, in FLA? they apparently allow SOME RSes without shareholder votes now..it's unclear how that works heres a link to the types of forms and their uses... http://www.sec.gov/info/edgar/forms/edgform.htm
