Has anyone been able to sell? Scottrade won't let me -

"Thank you for your e-mail. While a stock is undergoing a reorganization, including a name change, symbol change, merger, etc., it will not be available to be traded online. As soon as the new shares are delivered to Scottrade, they will be posted to your account. Be assured, there is no delay to posting once the shares are delivered for deposit."

Maybe this will go like NVAC - I held for over a year and watched it sink and then they had a r/s and it soared to almost 3.00 - Now it's back to around $1. - but I got rid of it at a nice profit (didn't hold out long enough to see it almost hit 3.00 though )

For anybody that really wants to invest in this stock please look at this letter. It is true because i received the letter and dont want anybody to lose money on this.

Thanks for the e-mail. The reason TFCT's stock keeps falling is because since September 1st they have been diluting their own shareholders by 2,000,000 to 30,000,000 shares per day. TFCT declared itself to be a business development under a 1940 federal statute, which allows them to raise $5,000,000 per year selling new shares onto the market. They use Compass Capital to facilitate the dilution, and do it every year between September and January.

Sales have been steadily rising on PrizeWise, between 20 and 35% every month since we launched. If current growth holds for another year, PrizeWise will be doing almost $3 million dollars in sales per month by next December. We just established new partnerships with a variety of respected companies, including selling subscriptions for US News & World Report on the site, and offers from 120 other reputable US companies on our new Cool Offers page (Login to an account, and click the Tickets button to see the access to Cool Offers). We pass the commission we get on these sales to users in the form of tickets, and already have users spending hundreds on this new section each day in addition to coupon sales.

You can see daily sales by clicking 'login' on the PrizeWise site and using the username: 'ViewStats,' and the password 'waterbear' (it is case sensitive). We'll soon start advertising again. We're dropping some mass e-mails tomorrow.

The reason that the user you mentioned, Lucky Dan, won so much for several days is because he's one of several big spenders we have right now, and made an $8,000 purchase last Friday (Friday and Saturday were our biggest days yet, we did $20,000 in sales between them). Lately a lot of cash, gift cards, and gold coins have been closing on the site, and we called new users over the weekend. Their biggest complaint is that they thought the site was difficult to navigate, so we're programming (and should have done by Wednesday) a new feature that totally revamps the Search feature (allowing people to search for fastest filling items, closest to close, most recently posted, cheapest, etc...). We want more tangible items to close, as they have been until all the activity these past couple of weeks on cash, and are going to arrange things so that happens this week.

I talked to Joe and Dave on the phone. I assume you work with them, so I'm e-mailing you and cc'ing Joe. I'll tell you something in confidence that I'd ask you to please keep that way, which is that we are very concerned about being partners with TFCT. While they fulfilled their promised installment Friday (they deposited $350,000 into our account), we believe they are commiting gross negligence, even willful wreckless endangerment, in their handling of the site's future, and will sacrifice its long-term viability for short term TFCT gains. Today they signed a crudely written Letter of Intent with a marketing company that Corsini owns only so that they can do a Press Release about it only to pump their stock for further dilution. The letter of intent makes all kinds of promises to Corsini, and we strongly protested it. They refused to listen to us or let an independent attorney (or any attorney) review it. We believe PrizeWise has an unimaginably bright future, and don't want to see it ruined by TFCT, which has raped and bankrupted countless subsidiaries. We would like to see another partner involved, or even sell out before TFCT ruins the site. I have a permanent seat on the board. I can't be replaced, and can name my sucessor. No dilution of any kind can take place without the consent my seat.

Let me know what information you need and I'm happy to help.

This very same letter was debated on another board over a month ago and it was determined that the following two paragraphs were false. They we're inserted into an e-mail that Mr. Rinehart did in fact send someone.

[Mad]
I wouldn't give a dime to this company after what they did to share holders being TFCT!
I hope no one invests in this company and it goes bankrupt. What a rip off! I lost some money but not as much as I'm sure some of you did.

IF ANYBODY DOES NOT BELIEVE THIS IS TRUE THAN YOU SHOULD REALLY CALL THE NUMBER AND ASK ABOUT THE EMAIL. I AM SURE STEVE WILL EXPLAIN WHY HE SENT IT OUT AND TO WHOM HE SENT IT TO. IT WAS SENT TO THE PERSON IN ERROR

The 'letter' in question (purporting dilution) seems contradictory to the 1 for 30 reverse split...

TFCY is down to $0.0219

I have about 722,450 shares around the $0.0371 price range. Should i stay or should i sell? I dont mind waiting a few months to see the price come back up, but my $27k is now down to $15k and this stock keeps going down a penny a day...

Any advice?
Also if you read this Yahoo chart:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=TFCY.OB&t=6m&l=on&z=m&q=l&c= it shows that last November this stock was in the 50cent rage, but i did a messageboard search on this stock: http://www.allstocks.com/stockmessageboard/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=8;t=010027#000000

and if you read this message i see people were buying it at the 2 cent range? Why is the Yahoo chart completely off? Do you think this stock will ever have a chance at hitting the 5 cent mark within a year, or will it stay micro?
