Don't get me wrong....I hope this stock freakin flies. I put alot of cash in this POS and have lost my assss. It is crap. I hope you are right, and something big is coming. They have a good idea, maybe a good product, but they PR, dilute, reverse split, etc. Next will come the PR's, then dilute, then reverse split, just like PCCL, GWAD (crap) AFART (or whatever it is) etc, etc, etc. This one is junk. I am not a basher, I owned 2.8 million shares a couple of months ago, now I own 200 dollars worth. You do the math, but I lost a great deal of money here.

I could participate in what I think is a pump, and try and get the price moving up to benefit my money, but I would rather warn others of this stock, as I believe it is crap. That is all.

I understand your opinion but do not share with you the fact the board decided to reverse split for nothing. You probably right with current companies that are in the same business for long. With ACS Holdings, it is quite different due to the fact they just started to get sales with their Ultima dual card product in June. The starting activity needed working capital and without other possiblity the board decided to do that to avoid banckrupcy. Right now the situation completely changed because they started to get revenues, that was not the case before! Check about number of retailers that grow up days after days on their website.
In addition, I feel this product very interesting for people how wants to share some revenues with family people located abroad! I feel this product good and it started to be sold not long time ago. Of course this still a penny stock and you know as well as me that to play with stocks is risky, and surely more with penny stock. On the other hand, when it starts to be bullish, you can have large profits, and with this kind of product that can be distribute all in the USA, if well managed, you can easily imagine the leverage factor that can be! Good luck to you

I completely agree. That was exactly the agreement the board was looking for to grow up! 5000 retailers, all of them most probably set up next year! Why this down?

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 15, 2004--ACS Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:ACSJ - News) announced today that its Ultima Card(TM) reloadable debit cards can now be conveniently loaded via the EmpaSys(TM) internet platform. This web-based platform is specifically designed to be accessible and simple to use for the approximately 11,000 neighborhood financial service centers (check cashers) nationwide, and other merchants that do not process credit cards.

"Neighborhood financial service centers are strategically well suited and conveniently located to sell our products and load cash value onto our Ultima Card(TM) products," stated Walter H. I am trying to see the the value of their reloadable debit card and find it tough. If any of you have been to college you know it is the same as a cafeteria card. You get the card, go to a machine, insert your card, then insert money, and the money gets put on your card. But why didn't you just use the money in the first place? So, how much actual interest is there going to be by the consumer on this? So I find myself asking if by buying this stock am I investing in a useful product or in the stupidity of the public? Look at TFCT and prizewise. Really now, why the hell would I buy lottery tickets to win an item I want with the certain chance that I will not only not get the itm but not get the money back either! Yikes! This does not compare to Ebay in any shape or form. With Ebay, if you lose the bid you keep your money. This, to me is certainly investing in stupidity if you buy into prizewise.

tutono, your thinking too deep. First rule pennystocks: They're very risky. 90% of any penny stock s you don't dont buy and keep. You get in for the run on the news and you get out on your profit for the day. THAT SAME DAY!! its sound to me like your a young guy either in or just getting out of college...A sure way to lose your money is to invest in pennies for the long term. A stock like this bounces very often...Get in on the bounce make a 10 to 20% gain and quickly get out. I got in this morning at the low of .0016 and I'll be out by the end of the day.

The only stock I know for sure that I'd invest in long term is USCI check out the post on them.

But good luck on trading...we all need lots of it and a lot of DD whenever we buy pennies. Hope this helps.
