TFCT: Strategy

21st Century Technologies, Inc’s goal is to become one of the leading companies in the $40 billion Homeland Security industry. Their focus is on making our world a safer place and by doing so increase our shareholder value.

Trident Technologies a wholly owned subsidiary has developed a unique sealing system that stops and controls leaks on ships, railroad tank cars, storage tanks, pipelines and other containers. In addition to being valuable in anti-terrorism situations, the systems are also used by some of the largest corporations in the world. Finallt the patches save time, money and protect the environment.

Innovative Weaponry, Inc. and Miniature Machine Corporation both wholly owned subsidiaries operate in the weapons industry. They enable law enforcement professionals and military personnel to get better sight pictures, not only, increasing their safety, but contributing to all of our personal safety.

21st century applies the public company model as the cornerstone of its strategy. The common stock is traded on the OTCBB under the ticker symbol TFCT. There are only a handful of publicly traded companies operating exclusively in the multi-billion dollar homeland security market. There are even fewer publicly traded gun manufactures or companies operating in the weapons industry. The Company believes that being a public company gives it a significant competitive edge by potentially lowering the cost of capital and enabling us to grow through acquisitions. The Company continuously identifying synergistic acquisitions and strategic alliances to grow even faster, while maintaining or boosting the profitability.

21st Century may represent the ultimate investment for anyone interested in joining the fight against terrorism, increasing personal safety or preserving and protecting our environment.

Wow you're crazy! I mean that in a kind in loving way. Hope you don't miss out.

There is NO traffic yet and prizes are flying out! Ever watch the "Prizes nearing close" Page? Apparently not - 2500 tickets left on that PC 3 days before it closed. 1900 left 2 days before 800 left 1 day before and the last 400 tickets flew by. Prizes are being won faster by word of mouth.

Apparently you haven't been up to date with the news/conferance - I would suggest listening before making comments like you did as it shows you have not done any research!

Good Luck All - I'm sure we'll start to have large investors step in after such a great conferance call. Expect PR's as they stated - coupons happening in days ("not months, days") like he said.

I've had many tickets returned to me after a prize expires. After Aug 19th, I'll probably have 100 tickets returned to me. Hopefully they'll change their webpage to have more accurate sorts. Prizes nearing close are the hot prizes and not the items closing soon. Maybe the items to sell all the items, but it's not like ebay with the sorting. Which I see as a down side.

They need the following pages:
Hot 50 prizes
Hot 50 prizes over 10k
Items nearing close (the actual close date, not tickets).
And the "Closes in" column should show days/hours/mins remaining.
Ability to sort but total tickets, or tickets remaining, either accending or decending.

I have emailed the prizewise support, but have yet to hear a response from them.

But with 7% of prizes being won with no advertising except banner ads and emails, plus word of mouth. I can only see this going up. And prizewise is not the only thing this stock has going for it.

Dude, Do you realize prizewise has only been in operation for a little over 2 months. Over 600 items and 7% closed. I think this VERY IMPRESSIVE for a new launch. Give us a year or so of increased advertising for prizewise, a government contract or two for there patches, spin offs, et. and we're off to the races! IMHO!

Please bear with us as we work on it. We welcome suggestions about how users would like to see it implemented at customerservice@prizewise.com.

I don't think prizewise can pull it off themselves it just seems like it would be to much of a financial burden for them. Twenty first centuries corp. on the other hand seems to have the ball now. They probably have everything together and should be working it all out as far as funding goes. With proper funding and implementation of site changes this should do well over time. At least that is my hope. I am somewhat impressed that this company has managed to set such a steady pace. It is more impressive to me that they are taking their time to develop a site rather than overload their site and cause more problems. Long term they seem to want this to be for real. not just a flash in the pan. Not to mention the gun company that tfct owns a majority of. They have an impressive list of buyers and references. A government order not to long ago for the patch. I like everything I am hearing. It is just hard to sit back during the dips and lack of fast forward movement. I believe things will come over time, its just not easy to sit on my hands in the mean time. Remember also that every dollar tfct pulls in it will put towards other companies it thinks will suceed. I am all for that, and all for the future profit of this stock if everything goes as I hope it to. GLTA
