They released 2 prs today and 1 of them was talking about the public float which is only 2,916,786 shares. If you look at a 1 year chart you will see a huge run up to a $1.85. Well the funny thing is that on 7/29/2003 they released a similar pr. Maybe we could see a repeat performance....who knows.

NORTH MIAMI, FL, Jun 03, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Distribution Management Services, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DMGS) announced today that the Company has received a favorable ruling for a judgment of specific performance from the recent court case in Florida with regards to protecting the Company's ownership claims to the Argentina Mining Operations.
The Company has heretofore employed legal counsel in Argentina in order to act without delay on this favorable ruling in order to translate this legal victory into the Argentina court system. A representative of Distribution Management Services, Inc. will travel to Argentina on June 9, 2008 in order to meet with the Company's legal counsel. The Company's representation will assist legal counsel in developing the final presentation of material to be submitted to the Argentina court system in order to secure documented legal recourse for the Company within the Argentina legal system.
