NEW YORK, March 8, 2004 - BIB Holdings Ltd. (OTCBB: BIBO) today announced that it has expanded its relationship with KCSA Worldwide, a full-service communications firm, to implement and execute a national marketing and advertising campaign. The comprehensive plan, scheduled to rollout in August, will include targeted print publications, radio, movie theaters, outdoor advertising, transit, the Internet and guerilla marketing. In January 2004, KCSA Worldwide was appointed as BIB Holdings' public relations (PR) and investor relations (IR) counsel and is currently handling the design of BIB Holdings' New York designer showroom.

BIBO doesn't need pumping, a new pr is sure to send this one up, this company has a lot of potential, just do your DD and check the SEC reports and their website. The decline in share price is due to lack of news lately, the declining trend will reverse with a good pr IMHO.
