TORRANCE, Calif., Aug 9, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Mid-Cities Paper Box, Inc. (MCPB), an acquisition candidate of Nova Communications Ltd. (OTCBB:NCVM), announced that it has opened its 30,000 square foot Orange County, Calif., facility and has commenced the second phase of its "roll-up" acquisition strategy of the print and packaging sector.
MCPB has identified and begun negotiations with four candidates that would add to its top-line revenue and drastically increase MCPB's profitability through consolidation. Currently MCPB's 2004 revenues are projected to exceed $20,000,000.
Nova Communications recently announced that it signed a binding Letter of Intent to acquire the Company in a stock transaction. This potential acquisition is in accordance with Nova's acquisition and business development plans to identify, evaluate, and acquire flourishing companies in both watercraft and diversified industries.
The opening of MCPB's facility has also allowed it to acquire several key accounts, which should increase top line revenue and profitability. MCBP management believes that this facility alone would allow the Company to exceed initial forecasted numbers.
