If the price decline after the split or before the split you will loss money anyway since your cost basis is the same, until you decided to daytrade it...but in forward splits more shares are public for trading which for a company capable of doing a 1-5 split hopefully should be good. Just like in a reverse split most of the time the price goes down...in a forward split most of the time the price goes upward....Well...lets see what happens with AUML since it is Pink....
