what u want in Level II quotes are: real time ones that are streaming who provide Pinksheet quotes. someone said soemthing about scottrade having free quotes but i wasn't able to figure out how to get signed up for that.
u can get the same quotes as the tradernation link from www.otcbb.com without all the advertisements.
