On June 25, 2004, Skyy-Fi, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Internet Business's International, Inc. (the "Company" or "IBII") entered into a Factoring and Security Agreement with 1st American Factoring, LLC ("1st American Factoring"). The agreement provides for a continuing first priority security interest in all personal property and fixtures, and proceeds thereof, (including proceeds of proceeds) including without limitation accounts, chattel paper, goods (including inventory and equipment), instruments, investment property, documents, and general intangibles (collectively, the "Collateral") of Skyy-Fi up to $3,000,000.
Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, Skyy-Fi shall execute and deliver to 1st American Factoring a Financing Statement and any other documents in a form satisfactory to 1st American Factoring and do all such acts and things as 1st American Factoring may at any time reasonably request or as may be necessary or appropriate to establish and maintain a perfected security interest in the collateral.

LAS VEGAS, Jul 01, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --
Internet Business's International, Inc. (OTCBB:IBII) announced today that Skyy-Fi, its wireless Internet solution company, just received over 40 additional contracts for its Wi-Fi solution, which provides consumers the freedom and flexibility of high speed Internet access at its Skyy-Fi locations. Of the 40 plus contracts there are 7 motels. There are currently thousands of Wi-Fi locations across the United States and as stated in our previous press release, "It is estimated that by the end of 2004, 50% of laptops and PDA's will be Wi-Fi enabled and analysts project that there will be 20 million 'hotspot' users by 2005".
Skyy-Fi anticipates that installation of these contract sites along with the previous contracts obtained for the company will be scheduled for installation before the end of July.
IBIIs new website for its Wi-Fi services, www.SkyyFi.com, is complete and the Companies new website; www.ibint.com, will be completed by mid July.

this is the PR we needed to move this thing. IBII hit 52-week low yesterday...get ready for upward spike. It's historical chart will not keep this at .0006 for long.

big potential here IMO. Recent PR hinted at a possible PR about the new website in mid July and another possible PR near the end of July verifying the installation of recent contracts. Could be big news this month...
