MISSOULA, Mont., Jun 9, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Victor Industries (Pink Sheets:VICI) announced today confirmation of its Envirolizer line of Environmentally Friendly shop products on GSA Schedule 73.
Pre Award discussions with GSA's Fort Worth office have confirmed release of Envirolizer Products on Schedule 73 under Chemical and Chemical Product sub schedule A-1 and Cleaning and Chemical Sorbents on sub schedule A-4. Confirmation of product rollouts pre to contract submission is the final step prior to contract submission slated for later this month.
The Company believes its auditors that are preparing the 10-K and related financial documents will be finished with their work very soon, enabling the filing of the documents with the SEC. The Company will immediately file for re-instatement on the OTCBB. This process will take approximately 30 days.

Victor Industries has a patent pending product that absorbs ammonia, before it degrades to nitrates, and phosphates and then releases these nutrients on plant demand. The long term goal is to absorb nitrates and phosphates from CAFO's (Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations) such as super dairies, pig and chicken farms.
