Can anyone explain why GADZ (Gadzooks) filed Chapter 11 yesterday... stock drops over 50%... recovers to approx 75% of prev. close... and now is above the open from yesterday morning? Is there a little dirty work going on here or is it just me?

Simple answer.
Stocks that filed Ch. 11 do what they call a dead cat bounce.

Guess?--they have assets that somebody is buying cheap--watch out!!!!!maybe new storenames and co name --just guess---

Usually that is, there dangerous but big profit plays when the bounce.
