still waiting for my spinnoff shares "trey". How long should it take? I am still holding on it as I expected it to hit .01 and bought more. I am not taking a loss as they still have a good product, they are selling it and people are still watching ivoc a lot so it could still pop. My opinion.

iVoice, Inc. Announces Four Additional Patent Application Filings in Conjunction with the Voice Activated, Voice Responsive, 'Hear I Am'Voice Item Locator
Business Wire via COMTEX
Oct 30, 2003 7:00:00 AM
MATAWAN, N.J., Oct 30, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOC), a leader in speech recognition technology, today announced it has filed four additional patent applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in conjunction with the 'Hear I Am'Voice Item Locator. Voice activation, voice recognition locator systems translate directory data to communicate product or item locations in response to verbal customer inquiries.
The titles of the patents are 'Voice Activated, Voice Responsive Product Locator System, Including Product Location Method Utilizing Product Bar and Product-Situated, Aisle-Identifying Bar Code', 'Voice Activated, Voice Responsive Product Locator System, Including Product Location Method Utilizing Product Bar and Aisle-Situated, Aisle-Identifying Bar Code', 'Product Location Method Utilizing Bar Code and Aisle-Situated, Aisle- Identifying Bar Code', 'Product Location Method Utilizing Bar Code and Product-Situated, Aisle- Identifying Bar Code'.
The present inventions include methods of creating data directories for locating items. The system is efficiently loaded with location data prior to use by customers or other users. The system may also be updated dynamically, as desired, while it is in use.
The methodology involves utilization of bar codes to determine item identity, and the use of separate bar codes to determine locations. These separate bar codes are physically located on location structure, e.g. on aisle ends, shelf edges, bin walls, parking spaces, etc, or on products themselves. This location data is read in conjunction with item identification data by bar code readers, fed to a processor in a recognizable combined format, and then stored and used as the resource data of the locator system.
iVoice's commitment to innovative technology continues to help customers meet their client requirements. We believe that our intellectual property and our technology provide iVoice with a superior suite of application offerings designed for the Speech Recognition industry.

MATAWAN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IVOC-- iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:IVOC), a leader in speech recognition technology, announced today that it has authorized the filing of an International Patent Application that covers speaking medicine containers for prescription drugs. The International Application will cover all of Europe, Canada, Mexico, Japan and Korea. With billions of prescriptions filled each year, pharmacies have been struggling with the issue of label readability and comprehension for many years. With the iVoice patent pending technology, prescription bottles will audibly tell users what medication is inside and the proper dosage, along with any other important directions and warnings. Jerry Mahoney, CEO of iVoice, Inc. explained, "Given the size of the potential market and its expected growth, iVoice wants to be in the position to license this exciting new methodology on an international basis. The international patent will help us pursue this plan. With iVoice's new methodology, a pharmacist can use the new system to wirelessly load a wave file into a prescription medicine container to store speech data for prescription instructions to the patient. The patient will press a button on the container to hear the instructions at any time. This system may reduce patient error and in particular make it easier for older patients and patients with reading impairments to comply with their prescriptions."

In a more recent post, a new contact, curtkramer@yahoo.com, was named to handle PR. There is also a phone#, 866-498-9890. It seems to me that IVOC is getting their house in order in anticipation of some major activity. They do have some innovating products. I bought my shares after the TREY deadline also. That spinoff should have reduced the amount of IVOC shares. Their news releases indicate that more will occur as they find the investments. This make take a while, but I think the potential is there.
