Whats not to like about this stock? ARSC. News out today company to acquire exclusive rights to a patented hydrogen fuel cell with many applications for civilian and military use. The stock was up 66% today and closed at only .11 cents. According to TDWaterhouse it has a PE OF .14 and an earnings per share of .43. This I find hard to believe but thats what they say. It looks a buy to me.

*arsc* is going to fly at the end of this month leading into november, check out the charts and get in quick .20 is a deal. arsc will likely go up about 10-15% for 4-6 days, each day at the end of this month, it wont go too much lower then it is right now, if at all. were looking at .30 for 1st of november and .40 mid november. what are you thoughts?
