AllPennyStocks.com Releases a Special Report on Nighthawk Systems, Inc.

2005-01-13 16:01 ET - News Release

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Jan. 13, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- AllPennyStocks.com Media, Inc. (http://www.AllPennyStocks.com/) announces its latest article by Glenn Wilkins, an AllPennyStocks.com News Reporter, this one discussing Nighthawk Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:NIHK), its industry and future prospects.

Wilkins notes wireless technology is showing the way more and more in the first decade of the 21st Century, with devices getting smaller and easier to use. Denver-based Nighthawk Systems, Inc. has been at the forefront of this wave, to which investors should pay attention, for it is this company that remains a bargain, as more of its technologies come into mainstream use.

Nighthawk now numbers among its customers Federal and State government facilities, as well as Fortune 500 companies and Internet Service Providers.

Wilkins also points out that the company reported revenues were on the upswing during last year's third quarter. Figures released in November report a 37% surge in revenues over the second quarter, 6% above the third quarter of 2003. Nighthawk attributed the rise to increased sales, something it plans to expand upon in 2005 by bringing in more sales staff to target existing and new markets, using the print media and presence at trade shows, boosting its Internet presence and leverage existing customer relationships by upselling new products.

I think this company is sound and may be going places. I noticed the CEO bought 50,000 shares for himself recently, a good sign.

Nighthawk Systems Named in $500,000 Government Contract
Monday January 24, 4:01 pm ET
- Anticipates Sales of Thousands of Units for Water Conservation Project -

SAN ANTONIO, Jan. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nighthawk Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NIHK - News), a leading provider of intelligent wireless power recycling products, today announced that it anticipates orders for potentially thousands of units during the first half of 2005 as part of a state-funded water conservation project in New Mexico. The orders will be based on a $500,000 grant awarded by Governor Bill Richardson's $10 million Water Innovation Fund to Select Path of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Nighthawk is joining with Contact Wireless, a subsidiary of Select Path, to develop a system to control water time clocks throughout the state beginning in February 2005. The grant stipulates that Nighthawk Systems will provide the control equipment for the project, which will operate via the Contact Wireless network.

H. Douglas Saathoff, Nighthawk's CEO, stated, "Contact Wireless plans to install Nighthawk devices throughout the state to eliminate unnecessary watering to demonstrate that both water and financial resources can be saved by watering only when required, rather than according to a preset time clock. Upon successful implementation, I believe we will have opportunities to install literally thousands of these units for the same or similar purposes. Our wireless product will allow for low installation and access costs, and the ability to water on demand, only when necessary."
