Sparky urges you all to keep ALAN shares on your radar screens.

Just remember, ALAN's customer base is comprised solely of federal, state, and local government agencies. Accordingly, sales contracts take many, many months, and sometimes years, to finalize and convert into actual dollars.

That said, Sparky thinks the heightened trading volume in ALAN shares on Wednesday is a pretty good indication that progress has been, or is being, made on one or more pending contracts.

And since crime is showing no signs what so ever of going away, Sparky asks that you re-review his initial 03/03/2004 write-up, which is reproduced below.

In conclusion, ALAN shares are still an excellent long-term inverstment anywhere near $ 1.00.
****************************************************

Alanco Technologies, Inc (ALAN) @ Around 80 Cents!

In a world where everything's becoming wireless, it shouldn't come as any big surprise that the most cost-effective, secure, and error-proof way of monitoring inmates and guards within a prison would be to simply attach a tamper-free electronic device to every individual and to then tie them all together with a central computer.

While not too many years ago such a system may have sounded a tad futuristic, in a nutshell this is exactly what ALAN's trade named TSI PRISM system does; it provides security management of any type with leading-edge location and tracking technology.

Now if you contrast the accuracy of such a system against the old fashioned head-count and turn-key systems now in use by most of our nation's huge and growing correctional industry, it's a no brainer to predict that within a decade nearly all American inmates and security personnel will be equipped with some type of electronic monitoring device.

Given the fact that virtually all TSI PRISM sales involve various federal and states agencies, sales contracts understandably take far more time to finalize and fund than do those executed in the private sector.

But unless law breaking were to suddenly come to a screeching halt, Sparky thinks ALAN is perfectly positioned to benefit from what's bound to be phenomenal growth well into the future.

And given today's political climate, Sparky expects news from the company in the not too distant future that will announce either progress on existing contracts or news about some exciting new stuff.

That said, Sparky thinks that those seeking impressive near-term growth and lots in the way of long-term appreciation should be rapidly and aggressively accumulating these undervalued ALAN shares anywhere near current levels.

Trade Well,

Sparky

I don't know what happened. I did not delete.

I will give you what I am in right now that I believe has potential int he next 20 days.

They are:

GWDL - Due for a run.

WNMI - MM lost control on this one and due for a run in next 2 weeks.

CDVJ - Just underwent name change and has potential.

LBTT - Sharp Stable Stock and good numbers. Strong entry point now at 0.03. Expect good things out of this one in 30 days. Hope to see around 0.20 in new 60 days.

TFCT - Another stable stock. Good news from congressional support/approval for contracts and use in Homeland secuirity on its Magnetic Patch system. Navy and Coast Guard are nuts for this system. I believe one good govt contract and this one will see $1 a share. Not bad for a stock you can buy now at 0.037 a share. I am loaded in this one.
