LOSING THE DREADED "E"

Bad News:
May 15th of 2003 they filed a notification of inability to timely file Form 10-Q or 10-QSB with the sec.

Good News:
June 6th of 2003 they filed the 10-QSB
RE: http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=Global+Business+Services&CIK=&filenum=&State=&SIC=&action=getcompany

News Articles: http://www.postalconnections.com/about/news.php

REASONS TO BUY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE:

1. GBSSE should be losing the dread "E" VERY soon. They have already filed their 10-QSB on June 6th, 2003!
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=Global+Business+Services&CIK=&filenum=&State=&SIC=&action=getcompany

2. Possible upcoming news of an aquisition of the 13 Eagle postal stores located in the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area.
http://www.gbsi.biz/recent_news.html

3. Most stocks have already rebounded far past their 200 day price average and trading well into new yearly highs. GBSSE has only begun to rebound.
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=gbsse&sid=0&o_symb=gbsse&freq=1&time=8

4. Low Float!

According to June 6th's SEC filing there are only 14,791,283 shares of common stock!

Shares O/S 14,791,283
200 day price average $0.32
52-wk high(9/6/2002) $0.81
Current Price $0.07 ask
Current Float (anyone?) under 15 mill.

5. According to the last PR, Postal Connections, based in San Diego, CA, has 50 locations open or sold in 12 states, including the seven company-owned and operated stores.
But, if you go to their store locator, see how many stores you count. Not even counting the possible 13 Dallas store acquisition!

6. How many OTCBB stocks have a rapidly growing legitimate operating business with experienced management? Undiscovered??!!

7. All of the above and NO NEWS in 5 months??? Expect it soon IMHO!

QUESTIONS:
If you have any questions after reviewing the PR's, SEC filings, their Website, etc., please call Sr. Vice President of Investor Relations Bill Evans at 310-288-4585 ext 105.

You have to admit, GBSS's chart appear primed for lift-off! 200 day average is 32 cents and year high is 81 cents! And no bad news other than the slight delay filing which is now history! This is not a one day play, but an easy 5-10 bagger over several weeks! June is the end of GBSS's fiscal year and I would expect to see many pr's around this time. Do not forget to drop the E when doing DD! Good Luck!
