their desire to work with BITEM. Four (4) Companies placed orders for immediate
shipments. Twelve (12) Companies and Institutions wish to work with the Company
to develop BITEM into various new forms and products. These Companies have
identified potential opportunities for the use of BITEM in solving industry
problems.

The Company and BITEM attracted wide attention from Industry Publications is
also pleased to report that during the PLAST-EX 2001 Show.

Tom Kasanda, Senior Project Manager from the Ontario Science Centre, has invited
the Company to participate in the development of a presentation which will
feature the unique properties of the BITEM material which is to become part of
the Ontario Science Centre Traveling Road Show presently being developed.
