This is such a shame. Current majority owner ASC - who purchased 90% of the shares in a restructuring of this corporation is just another holding company out to rape the three remaining businesses they purchased from the old JPE. With negative working capital and shrinking sales and obviously no marketing plan, this ship is sinking fast. Did they try to pick up two trim plants cheaply during the bankruptcy proceedings and now they are sorry. Core business is not replacement truck parts and they obviously have no expertise in this market. The trim plants must not have been able to obtain "replacement contracts" as the 10-Q states. The replacement parts business is trying to hang on without making any investment in an old outmoded plant. This stock has been a loser now for three years and continues to perform poorly under ASC's direction or misdirection.
