ATK is a great junior because it is now drilling in a hot oil area of Southern Saskatchewan. This area has been recently watched over by large cap plays like Crescent Point Energy and Encana. The bakken oil field is a large area with great oil potential. ATK's company is in great shape for a junior and right now undervalued compared to similar plays in the area.

News article and BNN video on CPG and the Bakken Area:

A great article from the Globe and Mail. Posted below but here is the link --> reportonbusiness.com: globeinvestor.com - Saskatchewan oil play gains momentum

BNN Video from Tuesday Nov.10 with Cresent CEO --> Crescent Point bulks up - The Globe and Mail

What makes ATK a great play is that it could be the next buyout target for CPG. They signed an agreement with TriAxon for a JV farmin option in the Bakken area a week before TriAxon was purcahsed by Crescent Point(CPG). The current CEO of ATK was the CEO of LBR(Longbow Resources), who established a connection with TriAxon last year when he sold LBR to them for 70 cents a share.

Overall ATK is in good shape, they have good directors/JV Partners and they are in a very popular oil area at the moment. A private placement is currently going on to get drilling underway next month.
