i have been using OTC for 10 hrs a day since early this year... this is the first time i've had these kind of problems...and th eonly time i have had any significant problems

I just got off the phone with Alan (head tech). He says that with all the new members and the upgrades to the system they have just made, the "news and filings" issue is on their end. They are frantically working on it. Looking for a way to fix without rebooting the main server. A notice will pop up on your monitor if they have to go to this extreme. If they do, you will just have to log back onto the site. Bear with them. They got a much bigger response to the new membership issue than they expected.

Just got the message they will be rebooting main server. Shut your stuff down for a few minutes then log back in.
