1.Is there any risk to buy CIO DIO?
2.Why SONS drop so much? and Is short selling or institution shareholders' selling?

DIO may trade sideways for some time. Buy at .18 or below and sell at .2 or above.
CIO is a buy at .29.
SONS may have found support at 5 or near to it. Don't know why it dropped so much.
