Market is looking for values now. I think the dumping of stocks as a whole is over. (still think market as a whole is not cheap) Take a look at this one around $50. Reaffirmed earnings of over $7! A pe of 10 puts it at $70 which is a 30% gain. 50 day MA is $54.14. If it breaks thru that by the end of the week watchout! Any opinions?
Infrastruture play too as most of our the US water infrastruture is in need of repair!
