$54 million stock offering aka dilution in filing today.
At $6.46 its like 8million shares...
O/S is only 19mill
Huge dilution.
No given price in the filing which is very unusual. You do the math.

Good short where you got it, but I don't know how much more downside there is. Was trading at $14 earlier in the year, and somewhere around $8 when they first announced this in mid-may, so a good bit of it may already be priced in.
I'll be watching in the morning though.
Good luck.

Well...who is the buyer out of curiosity? No price in the filing, something is fishy IMO. The company is a POS anyways without this filing.

WOWOWOW going to raise lots more than that 54million..huge dilution..and isnt this plant a little to late here?
In addition to the $54 million which the Company anticipates raising through the equity distribution program with UBS, the Company estimates it will need to raise approximately an additional $56 million to complete engineering, procurement and construction of the plant, which the Company intends to raise through one or more subsequent debt or equity offerings during calendar year 2009.

Technically, HOKU has been showing support around $5.79 and resistance in the $8.75 range. The selling signal was on but not strong. (http://www.9trading.com/index.php?symbol=hoku)
