I got out with profits, but it was a bit hairy.
I won't get back in unless they file their financials (and they look ok) AND they get back to the OTC board. In the meantime, I'll wait and watch.

Thanks for the insight frugalgranny.... I'm stuck with the shares and hoping they make a comeback.

At this point, I've seen no indication of "pump & dump". I do believe that IBS (approx. 18% holder) was responsible for the CEO change last year. I've done nothing but watch since then. While I think that Jacobson would make a better miner than CEO, it's irrevelant. The financials will tell us what we need to know.
While I have nothing bad to say about this company, I have nothing good to say at this moment either. Like I said previously, the financials are "everything".
I know this doesn't help much, but I don't want to be accused of being a "basher" any more than I want to be accused of being a "pumper".

I guess you could say that I'm on the fence.

Frugalgranny,
I've been watching ALMI for years and they seem to be legit. I read that there was going to be some kind of legal action against ALMI, but I guess we have to wait and see. Best of luck.

Same here...been watching for about 3 yrs. I do like the fact that they haven't gotten into the toxic lending that so many companies go for.
As for the lawsuits...I'm not certain, but I think the one in Idaho is still pending. The others dropped out.
The last two guys they brought to the BOD are attorneys, so hopefully they'll be helping sort out the problems.
