Forgent Networks, Inc. (Forgent) is a licensor of intellectual property, as well as a provider of scheduling and asset management software solutions. The Company has two main business segments: intellectual property licensing and scheduling, and asset management software and services. Forgent has distribution partners in the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Australia. During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2006 (fiscal 2006), approximately 19.1% of the software and services revenues were generated from international customers. During fiscal 2006, the Company introduced updated versions of its products, including Meeting Room Manager.
