Originally posted by charter: [QB] I have been asking the same question! Here is my theory for the drop........ The private placement is non-brokered and that its suppose to close (date to get the $$ in) by end of march. A non brokered private placement is usually filled by insiders or close conections to insiders so I think that a large holder is selling right now at the last minute to get some $$ to participate in the private placement where they get a free warrant with each share they buy. So it is very good move & beneficial for them to do so. I have seen this happen a lot! Also, being the OTC where MMs are notorious for over reacting.... saw the big sell orders and let it fall & gererously assisting in its down fall......... Also, look at the time & sales and you will see that there at bigger sized lots being traded....4000-7000 share lots.....so this means its someone with a big position than the average investor. So this is not a general change in investor sentiment about the company..... On the other hand, its good to see that these lots at being bought up by some big $$. If these big sell orders were dumped on the market and there were no big buyers then they would have gone through as smaller lots (ie 500-1000 shares). I can honestly say that the drop the better as I want to load up. If my theory is right then this will correct itself once the supply/demand equilibrium is found. Nobody could have guessed this sell off ways coming but the company's potential is all there and I did a lot of DD to verify what could have changed to justify just a drop......nothing that I could find. The important key element is when it bounces......if it bounces and starts to trend back up we can assume that this was a golden opportunity. If not then we might have to pray for another run........ Comments?? [/QB]
